Smell that burning smell when you turn on the heater? That is a year's worth of dust and debris sitting on your furnance. During your heating tune up we check for build up, dust and rust that may have developed on the burners over time. These types of build ups can create pockets that trap gas and cause hot spots in the heat exchangers (even if your unit is brand new). 

Notice the unit isn't quite cooling as well as it usually does? Notice water dripping from the side of your home? This is caused by dirt and debris inside the drain lines and on the coils of the unit. We clean, blow out and ensure proper operation of the cooling system to keep up with the Houston heat.
