PREFERRED CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Membership price as listed above does not include any additional repairs or applicable sales tax. Membership cost may be split int bi-annual payments, paid at time of Spring and Fall service (within 3 business days) OR monthly payments by automatic draft (5th of each month). In order to receive all benefits of the Preferred Customer Program, customer must maintain an "active" status as a Preferred Customer for a full 12 months. Both heating and cooling inspections must be completed during the calendar year in order to qualify for discounts and benefits. Texan Mechanical will send multiple reminders, including email, phone and text to set appointments. Customer will be charged even if customer fails to schedule cooling or heating checkup.

Regular maintenace on your system means a longer lifespan for your equipment. By cleaning and inspecting your system twice a year, you ensure the health and safety of the unit for long time use. 

Prevent Carbon Monoxide Leaks

Cracked heat exchanges can be deadly to you and your family. Cabon monoxide, a colorless, ordorless gas could be leaking into your home if the unit has not been inspected to ensure the heat exchanger is in good condition.  

Clean Build Up and Dirt

Smell that burning smell when you turn on the heater? That is a year's worth of dust and debris sitting on your furnance. During our inspection we check for build up, dust and rust that may have developed on the burners over time. These types of build ups can create pockets that trap gas and cause hot spots in the heat exchangers (even if your unit is brand new). 


Notice the unit isn't quite cooling as well as it usually does? Notice water dripping from the side of your home? This is caused by dirt and debris inside the drain lines and on the coils of the unit. We clean, blow out and ensure proper operation of the cooling system to keep up with the Houston heat. 

Replace Worn out or Non-Working Parts

Parts wear out over time. Let our technicians inspect the unit and provide insight on the overall condition of the parts. We won't recommend anything be replaced if it doesn't need to be. We want to make sure our clients are aware of potential repairs that may be needed moving forward, and we provide an honest estimate to keep you running.  

Increase Efficency & Lowering Utilities

Cleaning your unit and maintaining the age of the parts and equipment are key factors in increasing the efficency of the unit. By increasing the efficency of the unit, you will decrease your average utility bills. Who doesn't like to save money??
